Long legged plush vintage dog, tied arms (no hands). Velvet top and cotton tartan trousers/cap. The front of the top says Occupied and the back says vacant in white detail.  This is a teddy used to show if somebody is there or not.  The brand is Padget services Woodrow and I believe it to have been on the toilets, dining tables, bedrooms to show that the area was occupied or vacant.  I cannot see another on the selling sites.  Very unusual and rare.  Approx. height 31 cm.
